Ismail Abdulwahab

Is a seasoned Legal Practitioner with over a decade of post-call experience providing strategic counsel across the energy, maritime, logistics, and financial services sectors. He currently leads the Legal Department at Sky Capital & Financial Allied Int’l Ltd., where he oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and high-value transactions.

Prior to his current role, he served as Legal Manager at Sifax Group, where he played a pivotal role in infrastructure financing, oil and gas concessions, and maritime agreements. He also has extensive experience in dispute resolution, debt recovery, and corporate advisory from his time at working as a litigation lawyer.

Ismail holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrator(NICArb). Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and strong governance advisory skills, he continues to drive legal excellence and safeguard corporate interests in dynamic business environments.
